The Cass County Visitors Bureau has purchased a piece of art from Frozen Music artisan Mercedes Brugh to be their grand prize at this year’s Art on the Avenue. Indiana Artisan Mercedes Brugh is one of the many gifted Cass County artists represented at the festival and was drawn randomly to provide the art for the Visitors Bureau’s grand prize. The Cass County Visitors Bureau booth will ask attendees their zip code and how they heard about the event. After answering these questions, attendees will receive tickets for the drawing or for a visit with the festival’s caricaturist. The prize, a necklace valued at $160, will be awarded at 3pm to the winning ticket holder.
