The amenities offered at the Family Y are Locker Rooms, Cardio Room, Child Care While You Work Out, Youth Activity Center, Group Exercise Studio, Group Cycling Studio, Gymnasium, Indoor Track, Indoor Batting Cage, Saunas, Four-Lane 25 Yard Indoor Pool, Weight Room & Yoga Studio. Anyone who holds a Y membership anywhere in the country is welcome to use the Y for free. They also sell day passes for adults and children 17 and under.
